For FEC helmets, this is easily done by cut-
ting two cables of equal length, giving them
an overlap of 18".
CAUTION:
In very soft driving, it is advisable to cable the
drive cap slightly shorter so the cable can
dampen the impact block. A travel of at least
6" must remain for the impact block.
6.3 RIGGING SECONDARY DRIVE CAP
6.3.1 install secondary drive cap into primary,
thread cable through, and install cable clips
(Fig. 5).
